Variants for organizing labor relations and instructions for organizing the work of employees, based on the specifics of the company’s activities, are proposed. Recommendations are formulated regarding step-by-step actions of entrepreneurs in connection with the occurrence of force majeure circumstances in contracts and government contracts, labor relations, rent, credit and other legal relations. Also the specified collection lists and explains in detail measures to support entrepreneurs adopted at the federal and Moscow levels. There are proposed options for step-by-step actions of entrepreneurs in the field of real estate lease in relation to property that is privately owned and owned by the city of Moscow, during inspections of small and medium-sized businesses, peculiarities of corporate relations in the conditions of the spread of the new coronavirus infection. The topics of moratorium on bankruptcy in connection with the occurrence of force majeure circumstances, reviews of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on certain issues of judicial practice related to the application of legislation and measures to counter proliferation of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory Russian Federation are considered separately. The collection was developed by the Headquarters for the Protection of Business in Moscow in cooperation with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the State Institution Small Business of Moscow.

The Algorithms for the Self-Employed collection contains relevant information , which can be useful for self-employed for the implementation of professional activities: information about the rules for registration of self-employed in the system for obtaining digital passes, support measures for self-employed registered as individual entrepreneurs, as well as the specifics of receiving unemployment allowances for de-registered self-employed. Besides, there are explanations on opening an “account/card” to receive funds in order to avoid blocking, information about the features of participation of self-employed in purchases, as well as about aggregators, platforms, marketplaces and other resources that are the source of orders for the self-employed. For each topic, links to regulations, instructions and step-by-step actions are provided.
