The «Professional» training center helps people who have trouble finding a job on their own, rejoin the workforce. The clients of the Center are the unemployed, women with pre-school children, and people of pre-retirement age (50+). They can improve their competences or learn new marketable skills.
The Center uses new approaches, working along the three key vectors:
Training people in professions that are always in demand on the labor market.
The Center trains qualified professionals for traditional industries, who are always highly sought after by employers. In that way, the current labor market demand is satisfied, and the graduates are guaranteed job offers. People are trained in traditional trades like plumber, loading equipment operator, welder, accountant, procurement manager, etc.
Training in professionals projected to be in high demand in the future.
The Center trains professionals in highly promising fields: information technologies, online communications, and related fields (data analyst, software programmer, mobile app developer, etc.). Mastering those professions guarantees that a student won’t have problems finding a job for a long time. We also teach digital skills to older people so they’re able to compete for jobs against their younger colleagues.
Advance training and further training at the employers’ request.
Partner companies send requests to the Center stating their workforce demands, participate in training program development, and evaluate the training results. In that way all the employers’ requirements to their human capital can be integrated into the training course, and the students are guaranteed jobs right after they graduate. Among other things, we introduce hybrid profession training (loading equipment operator/logist, elevator technician/electrician, etc.).
All our training services include job search courses. Our students learn: how to look for vacancies, how to contact prospective employers, how to write their CVs and cover letters, how to prepare for an interview, what to look for when signing an employment contract, how not to lose their competences while on maternity leave, how to detect career perspectives. They can also book a personal consulting sessions and talk all those issues over with a career advisor.
Effective employment services aggregator:
«A job in steady hands»: all the professional training programs are supplemented by the «Successful job search» module.
«A job is looking for you» is a series of meetings between the students and the employers, mainly from the construction and housing management industries. Direct contact with companies’ managements, an opportunity to ask them questions personally makes our students able to change their skeptical attitudes to blue-collar jobs and adjust their perceptions of the modern labor market requirements.
«Job and training balance» is an interactive digest of the current temporary job offers available for the time of their training. Spreading awareness about the possible ways to earn and replicating the success stories creates an environment for establishing gainful employment’s value and motivating people to find jobs.
«Professional mentor»: experts’ and employer representatives’ oversight over the best graduate during the trial period after employment.
«Quick start»: — developing entrepreneurial skills and support in registering as a self-employed individual.
The practice is targeted to the unemployed, women with pre-school children (7 and younger), pre-retirement age people (50+). Those groups can enroll for training after getting a referral from the Public employment center. In order to do that, a person should:
