Resource center for people with disabilities is a specialized facility that can be organized at any site, including:

Objectives of the Center:

reducing the steps for registering a person with a disability;
assistance in the selection, training in use and leasing of technical rehabilitation means (TRM).

Stages of implementation:

1. Formation of a working group under the leadership of the vice-governor of the region for social issues;

2. Preparation of a roadmap and conclusion of an agreement on interagency cooperation with the participation of:

3.Selection of sources and amounts of funding;

4.Selection of a site for the resource center;

5.Training of social security employees on the provision of TRM;

6.Organization of MSE visiting commissions;

7. Informing citizens about the possibility of receiving services;

8.Control of the services quality.
