Electronic Doctor

«Electronic Doctor» is a  telemedicine platform with an automated system of health advice designed for convenient remote communication between a doctor and a patient. Using the system, a registered patient can get a preliminary health assessment, and contact a doctor from any part of the world at any time.

Electronic Doctor:

Platform operation principle:

1. A client contacts our online medical assistant (Electronic Doctor) that collects preliminary patient information, uploads lab test results to the platform, provides help on the platform use, and schedules an appointment with a general practice or a specialist doctor. The system enables the medical assistant to make notes on the patient’s complaints and add information that would make the doctor’s job easier during the appointment. 

   The Electronic Doctor interface is a test with a number of answer options for each question. During the dialogue with a patient, the «Electronic Doctor» asks questions, selecting them, depending on the patient’s answers, in such a way as to get as much information as possible in a short time to form an expert opinion and generate personal recommendations for each patient based on the patterns detected. 

2. The recommendations, together with a list of lab tests and diagnostic exams required for the doctor to make a final diagnosis, are sent to the e-mail address provided by the patient. The patient can upload the test results from a separate page. After getting the results, the system checks them against the database highlighting specific values and risk factors for the doctor during the consultation. 

3. If the patient is found to be at risk, he or she is recommended the necessary exams and an appointment in a healthcare institution. Patients may also get qualified medical advice from various countries of the world via a video call from the comfort of their home. Before the appointment the doctor is free to study all available documents and patient’s complaints, as well as the «Electronic Doctor» results. The doctor can also leave notes on the patient’s condition, prescribe additional tests, or give their opinion in the same window after the appointment. Patient’s digital medical records are always available online to be studied by doctors at any time.
