The Smarteka platform of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) for sharing best managerial, social, and economic practices is to be launched on December 15. According to the information of the TASS Agency, this was reported on Wednesday, November 27, by Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director of the ASI, at the venue of the Russian-British Business Forum V in London.

"This year, as part of the instruction given by the President of the Russian Federation, we are to launch the global platform Smarteka for sharing best practices between the regions, between companies. It is to be launched on December 15 and will be open for all participants," she said at the session Russian and British International Economic Priorities in the New Circumstances.

In addition, Smarteka will encapsulate the best managerial practices of Russian regions, companies, and development institutions. The platform will offer the possibility to share the examples of digital urban management that are also implemented as part of the national project Digital Economy of the Russian Federation.

“British companies will also have a chance to contribute their solutions and practices to be available for implementation by Russian participants and stakeholders. We hope that this will also create synergy and promote cooperation in many areas”, - Svetlana Chupsheva noted.

Smarteka is the platform for searching and sharing the practices that may be used in the implementation of national projects and for improving people's quality of life.

The chief subject of the Russian-British Business Forum 2019 organized by the Trade Delegation of the Russian Federation in the United Kingdom jointly with the Roscongress Foundation was Digital Infrastructure and Industries. The event is attended by 1,000 British and Russian representatives of business, authorities, development institutions, and international organizations.
