Our labs imply events and strategy sessions in the regions.
They involve in-person collaborations with federal and regional officials, representatives of development institutions, businesses, leadership communities, and actual initiators of the practices. The workshop is organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in collaboration with the representatives of the current lab region.
Laboratories are aimed at selecting practices presented by the regions, assessing the prospects for their replication, and identifying possible barriers to replication.
The participants from all over the current macro-region present their practices. The topics for practices are preselected by the organizer. The participants are to choose the most successful practices by collective verification and then collaborate to describe those practices in the Smarteka format. Then the practices are transferred to the ASI, so the Agency can work them out together with the authors. Each practice is to be assessed by the experts before it can be published on Smarteka.
The Smarteka information platform is to be discussed. The lab participants reproduce the business processes that are to be introduced to the system, give feedback and suggest how to enhance the processes and procedures.
