“Business Factory” education project

Tasks:
Support for starting small and medium businesses
«Business Factory» education project is focused on developing entrepreneurial competences in the Russian populace through mentorship involving successful entrepreneurs.
Major education products:
- «Factory-Children» is a training course for children and teenagers aged 8 to 16 focused on developing entrepreneurial thinking and competences under the guidance of mentors — active entrepreneurs
- «Factory-Start» is a 3 months training course for novice entrepreneurs helping start a business from scratch under personal mentorship of an entrepreneur with at least 3 years of experience and RUB 1,000,000 or more in income
- «Factory PRO» is a 2 months long training course for active entrepreneurs with a new level of income guaranteed under the guidance of entrepreneurs earning at least RUB 5,000,000
- «Business Factory — Without Limits» is a 3 months long training course for people with special needs, helping start «Business v Dekrete» is a 3 months long training course for female entrepreneurs, helping them start a business from scratch under personal mentorship of an entrepreneur with at least 3 years of experience and RUB 1,000,000 or more in income
Implementation stages:
- Finding and training mentors and experts for the training courses.
- Selecting contractors and local overseers.
- Selecting venue and equipment.
- Launching promotional campaign in order to find students.
- Enrollment.
- Running the training courses.

On the outcomes of the program more than 1000 new companies were created in 2014-2019
2019:
- Republic of Tatarstan:
1,000 people, 2,249 children were trained,
331 companies were created
- Tver region:
1180 people were trained
115 companies were created
- Penza region:
300 people, 200 children were trained
60 companies were created
- Republic of Dagestan:
560 people, 200 children were trained
170 companies were created
2018:
- Republic of Tatarstan:
854 people were trained
160 companies were created
- Novgorod region:
510 people were trained
17 companies were created
2017:
- Republic of Tatarstan
500 people were trained
80 companies were created
