The The Profession+ Career Navigator program is targeted to people of all ages, choosing their professional field and developing personal projects. The program is implemented by ANO “Ekspertno-diagnosticheskaya laboratoriya” (Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan).

The program’s target audience consists of 4 groups:

High school and trade school students;
University and college students;
People experiencing professional crisis;
People who decided they should develop their personal projects.

The key difference between “Profession+” procedures intended for different target groups is that they change and adapt teaching methods depending on the participants’ age (the basics of career guidance are different when it is intended for school students, university or college students, or adults).

There’s no pre-selection for the program - anyone sign up and go through our first (Diagnostics) module. Further training depends, first and foremost, on the participant’s own needs and desires, but also on the diagnostics results.

The Profession+ Career Navigator program participation can be paid for, or free, for example, when the program is run on a grant or sponsorship money. The average program participation cost for one person is RUB 210,000-230,000.

The education program is a variety of evens, as well as extra-curricular education courses:

Workshops and training sessions
Held for small groups (10 people in a group at most) in education institutions, co-working spaces, industrial parks, production sites, conference halls of business associations, libraries, and at the ANO “Ekspertno-diagnosticheskaya laboratoriya”;
Individual sessions
Held privately with a psychologist, career advisor, PS analyst (a professional familiar with the special “Shkola myshleniya” software required for training); 1 60 minutes long session per week, 10 sessions in total;
Weekly 2 hours long online and offline meetings with speakers, mentors, project curators (held on Saturdays in workshop format);
Away sessions at production sites of various industries, and communication with mentors from different fields and industry sectors;
Extra online course in “GR and PR management of a self-employed person”. Each participant communicates with a mentor from the selected professional field;
Guided tours and master classes for the participants involving success stories of corporate managers;
PS-analytical game (designer game based on G.P. Schedrovitsky’s book on thinking design);
Organizational and managerial thinking training.

Program advantages:

Organizational and managerial thinking development and improvement of entrepreneurial skills and competences;
Developing a personal project by self-determination in a comfortable environment of workshops, intensive training sessions and hands-on lessons in business communities’ conference halls and at functioning production sites in the region;
Building up business connections with entrepreneur and entrepreneurship support bodies in the regions;
Developing own partner network, information and advisors assistance, bookkeeping and legal support.
